What is Quiz Buzz?

Quiz buzz is an web app to help you host a trivia event with the extra excitement of buzzers that everyone can use on their phones, ipads and tablets.

How do I try it?

It's easy to try, on the home screen just tap on Host a game, enter your nickname then send the provided invite link to your friends and they can jump in to your game. You can choose from the library of questions in the game or you can use your own. If you want to try it on your own just click through into the game, choose some questions and see how the questions and scores work.

Who is this for?

It's really aimed at groups of friends, work trivia nights and social evenings. It works in-person as well as online, so it can be used for teams that are spread around the world or a mix of in-person and remote.

Free for educational purposes

If you are a teacher and want to use it in a classroom setting or for educational purposes you can get unlimited full games for free, just contact support@quiz-buzz.com.

Cost / Pricing

We aim to keep each game extremely cheap, please check the Host full game page for the exact price in your region. When you purchase a game there are no strings attached. You can buy one game and play it, that's it. No subscriptions, no extra costs.

Privacy statement

What we collect

Your email address, that is all.

In the case of a payment being made for a game, Quiz Buzz will only collect and store your email address to be used to verify your identity in case you wish to save a game and resume it later. This data is stored in CloudFlare database instances in various regions around the world. Note though that PayPal collect a great variety of detail about online payers which is outside of our control and Quiz-Buzz does not have access to.

How we do not share your data

We don't share your data with any 3rd parties, except where necessary for payment transactions to be made, and only if you choose to interact with the payment system.

How to access your personal information

Please contact us as support@quiz-buzz.com if you have any questions about your personal information or want it removed from our system.
